FreeMotion Fit Workout

Try this workout on for size and let me know how you did : )

4 minutes of 90+ RPM’s on the FreeMotion Indoor Cycling Bike
3 minutes @ 24% (2-4 MPH) on the FreeMotion Incline Trainer
2 minutes on RIP:60 (one minute push to bicep curl; one minute pull to tricep extension)
1 minute recovery on the FreeMotion Vertex
Repeat 3 times
